1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is Sascha Klenk (see the legal notice for contact details).

2. Server log files
When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other data and is deleted regularly.

3. Cookies
This website only uses technically necessary cookies: one that stores your language choice and – only in the admin area – sign-in and security cookies. There are no analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking.

4. Fonts and images
Fonts and images are served directly from this server. No content is loaded from Google Fonts or other third parties.

5. YouTube trailer
The trailer only loads when you actively start it. Only then is a connection established to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), transmitting among other things your IP address and device information. The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. External links
Links to Steam, Discord, YouTube and other services open the providers’ own websites, where their privacy policies apply.

7. Contact by email
If you write to me, I process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed.

8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
